The Old Threshers Show covers the Old Threshers Grounds and the Yuma County Fair Grounds. Transportation to the many exhibits is provided by shuttles covering the whole area. Shuttles stop at the demonstrations and many demonstrations can be viewed while sitting in the shuttles. Golf carts are available for rental.

Tentative Schedule

     Friday Sept. 10, 2009
7:00am to 10:00am   Old Threshers Breakfast served.
9:00am  Old Threshers Main Street opens- shuttles will start.
10:00am  Petting Zoo and buildings open.
10:30am  Wheat threshing, stationary grinding and baling begins.
11:00am  Lunch served on Old Threshers Grounds.
2:00pm  Demonstrations will continue
7:00pm  Live Bluegrass Music

     Saturday Sept. 11, 2009
7:00am to 9:00am   Old Threshers Breakfast served.
8:00am  Yuma Co. Cattlemen's Pen of Three Contest
9:30am  Opening Ceremonies & National Anthem.
10:00am to 5:30pm   Booths, petting zoo, and buildings open.
10:00am to 4:00pm   High Plains Spinners and Weavers demonstrations.
10:30am  Horse Power runs & other horse demonstrations begin.
11:00am  Wheat threshing at Fair Grounds.
11:00am  Bar-B-Q Lunch served. All concessions are open.
12:00pm  Presentations and Auction in front of Blacksmith Shop.
1:00pm to 3:00pm   Weigh in and sign up for Antique Tractor pull.
1:00pm  Parade of Power in front of Blacksmith Shop.
2:00pm to 4:00pm   Open House for Airstream trailers.
3:00pm  Wheat threshing.
3:30pm  Horsepower unit and other horse demonstrations begin.
4:00pm  Kids Stick Horse Rodeo. Free. No pre-registration.
4:30pm  Double Tree Antique Tractor pull.
5:00pm  Evening Meal and Wichman Rescue Dog Demonstration.
6:00pm  Fiddlers Show begins.
6:30pm  Antique Tractor pull in front of Grandstands.
7:00pm  Ladies Cast Iron Skillet Throw. All ladies invited to throw.
7:00pm  Boy Scouts Flag Retirement Ceremony.
7:30pm  Live Bluegrass Music.

     Sunday Sept. 12, 2009
7:00am to 10:00am   Old Threshers Breakfast served.
9:00am  Church Service. Non-denominational.
9:30am  State Finals Pedal Tractor Pull in front of Grandstands.
10:00am to 3:00pm   Booths, petting zoo, and buildings open.
10:15am  Opening Ceremonies to follow Church Service.
10:30am  Wheat threshing at Fair Grounds.
11:00am  Horse demonstrations begin.
11:00am  Lunch served at all concessions.
11:00am to 1:30pm   Weigh in and sign up for Antique Tractor pull.
1:00pm  Draft Horse pull in front of Grandstands.
2:00pm  Antique Tractor pull to follow Draft Horse pull.
3:30pm  Show closes for 2009...drive safely and Thanks for coming.
